Manual Lighting Control

Manually turn on and off your lights with a physical switch or touch panel

The most basic lighting control system consists of a physical switch, a KNX device with an LED driver, and a lamp.

For a more specifics example, users can choose a KNX switch, matched with a KNX actuator, connect to a Constant Voltage (C.V.) LED driver, and switching control Constant Voltage (C.V.) driven lamps.

Also, in a more simple way, users can use a KNX direct control LED driver to connect the KNX switch and the lamp directly.

MEAN WELL offers various KNX devices and a wide range of Constant Voltage (C.V.) and Constant Current (C.C) LED driver products for manual lighting control in indoor and outdoor applications designed to optimize users' experience.
